The good folks at Garage Floor Coating added an epoxy finish to our concrete back porch. The porch previously had carpet. They were able to clean off the adhesive (no small task) and install a four coat full chip system. Jason and his crew were professional and efficient. The price was competitive (we got several quotes). I am thrilled! We will use them again when we are ready to redo our garage.

Highly unprofessional owners and management. Matt is the supervisor and Dale is the owner. They speak to their employees in a condescending manner which explains the huge turnover of employees the company has. I will not be using or recommending this company any longer as my profession is in Property Management and I will report these treatments to Better Business Bureu for the unfair treatment and the racism comments.

I booked a time for an estimate for a garage floor and patio epoxy. Matt Rice phoned a couple of days later and asked if I could reschedule by a day to help him out. I agreed, but he failed to show up at the time that he, not I, requested. I got his voicemail and asked for a call back to see when he was coming, but he didn’t return the call. A couple hours later, I phoned the company and they said they would have him call me right away. I never received a call. At the end of the day I phoned the company and spoke with an answering service. I requested a call from anyone in management the next day. Mid morning the next day l had heard from no one at the company, and still no word from Matt, the guy I helped by adjusting my schedule. I just called the company to let them know I shall not be doing business with them, and I certainly do not understand how a business model of ignoring potential clients can be a success. UPDATE : I received a phone call from Dale, the owner of the company, apologizing for the lack of communication referenced in my previous post. He made no excuses, but promised to have someone contact me ASAP if I was willing to give his company another opportunity. I subsequently did hear from Matt who will meet me tomorrow for an estimate. I appreciate Dale reaching out to me, and by doing so he changed a negative experience into a positive one.
